Terms And Conditions 

 Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions of booking may vary for different room types and rates. Generally, the property operates on a 24 hour "Cancellation & No-Show Policy". The booking becomes non-refundable 24 hours prior to date of stay.

Arrival and Departure
Check in Time: 2:00 pm
Check Out Time: 10:00 am

Deposit / Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to secure a booking. The card provided may be processed when the booking becomes non-refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy for that particular booking.

Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, EFTPOS, Cash

Pets
We do not currently have facilities to cater for pets.

Excessive Noise
To ensure all guests have a pleasant stay with us, we ask for guests to have consideration for noise levels. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to ask you to vacate the premises (no refunds) where necessary.

Smoking in rooms
We ask that guests adhere to our No Smoking Policy within the rooms.
Should the room smell of smoke, we reserve the right to charge a $150 cleaning fee.
